Xiaomi 15 15 Pro Specifications Leaked Ahead of Launch to Get Snapdragon 8 Gen 4

Xiaomi is reportedly going to launch the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro flagship smartphones in October this year, as revealed by several leaks. Both smartphones are expected to come as the world’s first devices equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. A new leak recently surfaced on Chinese microblogging site Weibo has revealed the specifications of the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro ahead of the launch. At the same time, Xiaomi 15 Pro will have a 6.73-inch OLED display with micro-curvature all around, which will have 2K resolution. Both displays will support up to 1400 nits of brightness in HBM with 120Hz refresh rate. Both these smartphones will get Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor, which will come with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

Talking about the camera setup, the rear of Xiaomi 15 will have a 50-megapixel Omnivision OV50H camera, ultra-wide camera and 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. At the same time, the rear of Xiaomi 15 Pro will have a 50-megapixel Omnivision OV50N primary camera, 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera and 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Both these smartphones will have a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

Xiaomi 15 will come with a 4,800mAh or 4,900mAh battery that will support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. At the same time, the 15 Pro will come with a 5,400mAh battery that will support 120W wired and 80W wireless charging. Other features of both smartphones include IP68 rating, 5.5G connectivity, dual speakers and IR blaster. Xiaomi 15 will get a 0809B linear motor and an optical in-display fingerprint scanner, while the 15 Pro will get an X-axis linear motor and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
