Vodafone’s Vi Guarantee Program
Vodafone Idea announced this offer in a post last week. Explaining the Vi Guarantee program, the document states that customers meeting these standards will be able to get a total of 130GB of additional data over a period of one year on a standard basis. Once the offer is claimed, the additional data will be credited to the customer’s account in 13 installments of 10GB, which will be valid for 28 days.
To avail this offer, users must be prepaid customers with unlimited daily data packs starting from Rs 239 and going up to Rs 3,199. Users also need to recharge the same pack during the entire duration of this offer in 13 installments of 28 days.
If a user switches to postpaid or deactivates his number, he will not get the rest of the benefits. Users must also have a 5G or new 4G smartphone. This offer is not available in telecom circles of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, North East and Odisha. Apart from this, the limited offer will continue from May 25 to June 14. Additional data can be used only when users exhaust their daily data limit.
How to activate Vi Guarantee Program offer:
– Users first need to ensure whether they are on the Vodafone Idea network and are using a 4G or 5G smartphone.
-This offer will not work if the user belongs to the telecom circles of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, North East and Orissa.
– Eligible users can dial 121199 or 199199# on their smartphone.
-Once the USSD code is run they have to follow the steps and claim the offer.
– Once this is done they should receive a confirmation text message.
– Users can also check additional data by using USSD code *199#.
