Jia Jingdong, Vivo’s vice president, brand and product strategy general manager, revealed the Vivo X200 series flagship phones that are expected to launch in China on October 14. Vivo X200 Series Features

According to Jingdong, the Vivo X200 series will retain the legacy of its previous Vivo X100 series. In the 4-6K Yuan (~$570 to ~$855) price segment, the Vivo After the X100 series, it is now going to be replaced by the X200 series which introduces smartphone technology based on AI integration.

Talking about camera setup, the X200 series stands out with its Zeiss 200 megapixel APO super telephoto lens. The series also includes a top-of-the-line “Landscape Mode” designed to capture better visuals. Upgraded video features include 4K 120fps slow motion, 10-bit log, and 4K backlit movie portrait video, based on Vivo’s imaging chip V3+ and exclusive Sony LYT-818 sensor. Apart from these, the aim is to provide better photography and videography experience to both amateur and professional users.

Talking about performance, the X200 series is equipped with Dimension 9400 processor which has crossed 3 million benchmark score on AnTuTu. Developed in collaboration with Vivo, this chip supports AI productivity tasks, real-time voice interaction, smart beauty filters and copy to name a few. Vivo’s commitment to connectivity is demonstrated by the launch of kilometer level network-free communication technology that utilizes LoRa spread spectrum for long-range, cost-free communication without network coverage.

Battery performance is also improved with upgraded silicon negative electrode and semi-solid battery technology, which increases energy density, low temperature resistant and longer life. The series also promises to work in areas like Antarctica and Mount Everest. OriginOS 5 on the X200 series brings most daily AI tasks right to the phone. It includes millisecond-level real-time voice interaction and translation, fast live broadcast real-time filters, smart beauty features, one-sentence video editing, personalized and secure smart schedule management, NPC behavior control, game AI, and real-time object recognition.

Talking about the screen, regarding the Vivo The Pro Mini will have a small flat screen design, with narrow borders and smooth corners.
