The weight of the phone is an important point for many users. Because it is often seen that we use the phone with one hand only. In such a situation, a foldable phone being lighter than Apple and Samsung’s flagship phones can be said to be a big deal. The launch of Vivo X Fold 3 is scheduled for March 26, in which less than three days are left now. A big revelation has been made about the weight of the phone before the launch through Ice Universe.
It is said to be lighter than the iPhone 15 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Apart from this, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset is also possible in the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro phone. Talking about the thickness, it will be 11.2mm when folded, while in the unfolded state it will be 5.2mm thick. Its weight is said to be just 236 grams. Vivo X Fold 3 is said to be even less than this, weighing only 216 grams.
It is going to be launched as the lightest device in the foldable smartphone market. The iPhone 15 Pro Max weighs 221 grams. While Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S24 Ultra weighs 232 grams. Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 can be seen in Vivo X Fold 3. Its thickness will be only 4.65mm which will be in unfolded condition. This means that the X Fold 3 phone will be thinner than the Vivo X5 Max which comes in 5.1mm thickness. In folded condition, the phone becomes 10.2mm thick.
Earlier reports said that the X Fold 3 Pro will have an OV50H OmniVision 50MP camera with f/1.68 aperture as the primary camera.
