Tecno released the first teaser of the Phantom V Fold 2 and Phantom V Flip 2 foldable smartphones last month. However, the company has not yet revealed the specifications and launch date of these upcoming foldable smartphones. A recent report by Spillsmbins revealed live shots of both the smartphones and claimed that they will go on sale in Ghana from September 8. Price of Tecno Phantom V Fold 2, V Flip 2

As per previous reports, the Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 will be priced at GHS 16,550 (roughly Rs. 88,964) for the 12GB+512GB variant and the V Flip 2 will be priced at GHS 9,800 (roughly Rs. 52,455) for the 8GB+256GB variant.

The leaked presentation photo shared by the publication revealed that the Phantom V Fold 2 (model number AE10) will have a 6.45-inch cover display and a 7.85-inch internal foldable display. Both AMOLED displays will support 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO technology. The phone will support AI features such as Circle to Search, two-way conversion, and call and text summary. It will also have support for the Phantom V Pen stylus for note taking, handwriting, AI drawing, and more. The Phantom V Fold 2 will have the Dimensity 9000 Plus processor. It will have 12GB of RAM and 12GB of virtual RAM and 512GB of storage.

In terms of camera setup, it will have a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel portrait telephoto lens at the rear. At the same time, there will be a 32-megapixel camera on the front. It will have a 5,750mAh battery, which will be the largest battery on a foldable phone. Like Vivo X Fold 3 Pro has a slightly smaller 5,700mAh battery. Phantom V Fold 2 will get 70W wired and 15W wireless charging support. Connectivity options include 5G dual SIM, multi-functional NFC, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a layer fiberglass back. It will provide a 5.8mm slim profile when unfolded. This smartphone will be sold in color options like Karst Green and Rippling Blue.

Tecno Phantom V Flip 2 (model number AE11) will have a 6.9-inch 120Hz LTPO foldable display. The external display will have a 3.64-inch cover display. The external display of V Flip 2 will support mini games, a full-size keyboard, dynamic port function and much more. It will also have a Gorilla Glass Victus layer for protection from scratches.

Talking about the camera setup, the Phantom V Flip 2 will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera at the rear. At the same time, there will be a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies. It will have some AI-based photography features like AI Eraser, AI Picture Cutout, AI Portrait. Reports have revealed that it will be equipped with Dimensity 8050 processor. The leak also revealed that the V Flip 2 has a 4,750mAh battery that will support 70W rapid charging. This smartphone will be available in two colors Travertine Green and Moondust Gray.
