Sony Preparing to Launch Xperia 1 VI Next Week

The Xperia 1 VI smartphone of Japanese consumer electronics company Sony can be launched next week. It can be given Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 as a processor. This smartphone can have a 2K display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is likely to have a 5,000 mAh battery.

The company has informed about organizing an Xperia launch event on May 15. However, it has not been told which model will be launched in it. Xperia 1 VI can be launched in this event. Apart from this, Xperia 5 VI and Xperia 10 VI can also be launched.

The triple rear camera unit of the Xperia 1 VI may have a 48-megapixel 1/1.4 inch Exmor T sensor with f/1.4 aperture, 1.12 μm pixel size, 48 mm focal length, full-pixel dual-PD autofocus and 2x optical zoom. Two 48-megapixel Exmor T sensors can be provided with this. One of these 1/2.7 inch sensors can be Sony 2×2 on-chip lens (OCL) an ultra-wide lens and a telephoto sensor with the same resolution with a focal length of 70 mm-135 mm.

Sony’s Xperia 1 V was made available in 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variants and in green and black colors. This smartphone has a 6.5-inch OLED display with 21:9 CinemaWide 4K HDR, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. It has Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC as a processor. It also has a new Exmor T image sensor. Its triple camera setup has a 52-megapixel main camera with f / 1.9 aperture and hybrid OIS / EIS support. This smartphone has a 12-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera with f / 2.2 aperture and a 12-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3.5-5x optical zoom and 15.6X hybrid zoom. Last month, Sony’s PlayStation 5 Slim went on sale in India. The price of PS 5 Slim is Rs 54,990. Its digital edition will be available for Rs 44,990. Those who buy its digital edition will also have the option to buy PS 5 Slim disc drive later.
