Samsung Preparing to Launch Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6 With Advanced AI Features

South Korean smartphone maker Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 could be the first smartphones to feature advanced artificial intelligence (AI) features, a Samsung patent application suggests. Such a feature already exists in the GalaxyAI suite. This patent application also reveals some new functions.

According to a report by South Korean publication Chosun Biz (via tipster @Tech_Reve), the patent application filed by the company has appeared on the website of Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information Service (KIPRIS). The application covers an AI technology that can generate document summaries using Samsung Gauss. Samsung Gauss is a native large language model (LLM) and is an important part of GalaxyAI.

There may be some improvement in the hinge and internal layout.

Apart from this, a better cooling system can also be provided in this smartphone. Its dual rear camera unit can have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 12-megapixel secondary version. Earlier, some leaks said that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 could be made available in light blue, light green, yellow and silver colors. Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked launch event can be held in Paris, the capital of France.
