Redmi Turbo 3 First Sale Buyer Will Get Xiaomi SU7 EV for One Year But With Terms Conditions Heres All Details

Redmi Turbo 3 Redmi SU7 was recently launched in China and its initial sales have reportedly been tremendous. Now, any of the early buyers will get a chance to drive Xiaomi’s first electric car – SU7 for a year at no cost as a reward. Let us tell you that Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun said this after the launch of Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone. Said that he would gift a Xiaomi SU7 car to the Redmi General Manager if the smartphone achieves its initial sales target. Now, it appears that Jun will have to keep his promise, as the Redmi Turbo 3 has reportedly sold well in China.

Redmi’s general manager Wang Teng posted a post on Chinese microblogging platform Weibo. Post has reported that the Redmi Turbo 3 has achieved good sales figures. He said that the smartphone has emerged as the “first week sales champion” among newly released devices in its price segment. Within just 30 minutes of the sale starting, it set a new record for the year in the 2000 to 3000 CNY price category. Expressing gratitude for this tremendous response, Teng announced on Weibo that one lucky buyer among those who purchased the phone in the initial sale will be given a one-year right to use the Xiaomi SU7 electric sedan.

One winner will be selected from purchases made through Xiaomi’s official channels between 20:00 on April 10 (China time) and 23:59 on April 15 (China time). Teng will announce the winner via his official Weibo and Douyin accounts on April 23.

However, there are some terms and conditions. The buyer must be above 18 years of age and must have a driving license obtained at least two years ago. Also, to claim the right to use the SU7 for one year, the winner must show the purchase order of the Turbo 3 and cannot modify this EV.

Let us tell you that the new model introduced in China works on Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and has Xiaomi’s HyperOS interface. The phone has an OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 main rear camera and draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 90W wired fast charging. Xiaomi has also introduced the Harry Potter Limited Edition of Redmi Turbo 3 along with the standard model.

The Redmi Turbo 3 is priced at CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs. 23,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant and CNY 2,299 (roughly Rs. 26,450) for the 12GB + 512GB variant. The 16GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 28,000) and the top-end 16GB + 1TB model is priced at CNY 2,799 (roughly Rs. 32,000).
