Realme GT Neo 6 SE to launch in April with 6000 nits display

Realme and BOE have launched a new display, which will be introduced on the upcoming Realme GT Neo 6 SE. The display offers a peak brightness of 6000 nits and also improves panel brightness, eye protection, touch responsive, etc. Let’s know in detail about the features of this new display from Realme and BOE.

The display has a local peak brightness of 6,000 nits, making it one of the brightest in the world. At peak, the display offers a global maximum brightness of 1,600 nits and a manual brightness of 1000 nits. Manual adjustment is especially important for users, as the screen brightness can be adjusted to the maximum level using the phone’s brightness slider. The new display also supports Game Super HDR feature, which is said to offer a better gaming experience with expanded dynamic range for better light and shadow effects.

Along with improved performance in display capacity, Realme has also worked on eye protection. The new display supports a new 3+1 pulse low-frequency flicker, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and hardware level low blue light capability. Other features include adaptive display, sleep mode and paper eye protection to reduce eye strain. Apart from this, the display uses the industry’s top 8T LTPO technology which provides smooth refresh rate transition, low power consumption and fast display response. Realme says that the refresh rate of the panel ranges from 0.5 to 120Hz.

It also has many AI features. Realme has introduced the Greenfield AI Eye Protection function, which detects user fatigue and adjusts the display according to many conditions such as system interface, media content and e-books. Apart from this, there is an AI Game Eye Protection feature that will optimize the display for eye comfort during games. The display also offers a 2500Hz touch sampling rate for a responsive gaming experience. A Wonderful Touch function is also available which customizes the touch experience for better game control. The new generation of display technology will come on the Realme GT Neo 6 SE which is going to launch in April.
