Nothing Phone (2a) India Special Edition is going to be launched today. The company has announced that it will launch the phone in India today at 12 noon. The company has kept its details under wraps so far, but the excitement for Nothing phone fans has increased. The teaser of the phone has gone live on Flipkart. Looking at the teaser, it is known that the company has not changed much with the design. But the color has changed. Tipster @Technerd_9 has claimed that the phone will be introduced in blue color. Soon after the launch of the Nothing Phone 2A, the company announced that it would also launch a special edition. Interestingly, suggestions were also sought from community users for this. Nothing’s co-founder Carl Pei recently revealed through a post on X that he has received 400 entries from community members regarding the special edition. Interestingly, some of these entries were said to match the company’s new variants.

The Nothing Phone 2a runs on Android 14-based Nothing OS 2.5. It features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,412 pixels) AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of 30Hz to 120Hz. The screen has HDR10+ support, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1300 nits peak brightness. The Nothing Phone 2a is powered by an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM.
The phone gets a dual-camera setup with two 50-megapixel sensors. There is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter on the front. The Nothing Phone 2a gets up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. It comes with a high-definition microphone and dual stereo speakers. It gets an IP54-rated dust and water resistant build.
