It seems that the Moto G85 will be similar to the device launched in Europe. The phone will have a 6.67-inch curved pOLED display, which will offer FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Its peak brightness is 1600 nits and the touch sampling rate is 360 Hz.
The Moto G85 will have a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back side, which is a Sony LYT-600 sensor. It will be accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens. There will be a 2-megapixel shooter on the front of the phone for selfies and video calls.
The Moto G85 will have a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC, which can be paired with 8GB or 12GB of RAM. Internal storage can be 128GB or 256GB. Motorola is promising two years of Android updates and three years of security updates. The phone will run on Android 14 out of the box.
The back of the Moto G85 has a vegan leather finish. The body of the phone has received an IP52 rating. This means that it can survive water and dust damage to some extent. The new Moto phone will be brought in Cobalt Blue, Urban Gray and Olive Green colors. It will have a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W wired fast charging.
Moto G85, which is going to be launched in India on July 10, can be purchased from Flipkart and Motorola India website. It will also be sold offline.
