iPhone 16 Pro iPhone 16 Pro Max leaks suggest bigger display, better camera to all

Information about Apple’s upcoming iPhone is coming out from rumors and leaks. Apple usually launches the iPhone series in September, so the possible launch date is getting closer and gradually the iPhone is being revealed. A recent new leak has revealed that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max can get display upgrades, a powerful camera and other features. Let’s know about the upcoming iPhone in detail.

iPhone 16 Pro Max display upgrade

One of the most significant upgrades is bigger and brighter displays for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. Several reports and renders have suggested that the Pro models will get a display size upgrade to 6.3 inches on the iPhone 16 Pro and 6.9 inches on the Pro Max. According to the leak, these models may have a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, which is 20 percent more than the 1,000 nits on the iPhone 15 Pro.

The reason behind this peak brightness could be a technology called Tandem OLED. The Tandem OLED in the recently introduced new iPad Pro uses a dual-layer OLED screen system. It offers better brightness levels than the normal single-layer OLED display. Apple providing the same technology in the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max would be a big step in smartphone display quality.

Better camera in iPhone 16 Pro Max

Rumors have revealed camera system upgrades for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max. The iPhone 15 Pro currently has an ultra-wide camera that can see a growth of up to 48 megapixels. This means clearer and better photos even in low light. The 5x optical zoom telephoto lens is currently for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. This lens can be integrated into both the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, giving users more detail while capturing distant subjects.

The leak also suggests a new lens coating for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max cameras. This coating could reduce internal reflections inside the lens system, leading to clearer and sharper images. The primary camera sensor could also see an upgrade, retaining the 48-megapixel resolution but using stacked sensor technology. This will feature larger light-capturing photodiodes within the same pixel size, which should lead to improved image quality even in low light. Other rumours have revealed improved battery life, a new microphone for advanced Siri performance, and even an additional capture button designed for videography.
