Oppo launched the Oppo A3 Pro 5G in the Chinese market in April. This smartphone is different from the Oppo A3 Pro that was recently launched in the Indian market. Now, the brand has officially confirmed that it is going to launch the Oppo A3 in China on July 2. Ahead of the launch, the brand has started taking reservations through offline stores, official website and other online channels like JD, Tmall, Douyin and Pinduoduo in the Chinese market. The Oppo A3 is expected to be priced at 2,099 yuan (roughly Rs. 24,206) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, 2,299 yuan (roughly Rs. 26,293) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, and 2,599 yuan (roughly Rs. 30,049) for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant.

Oppo has highlighted the strong durability of the Oppo A3, stating that all flat screens are not prone to damage. It claims that the A3 offers better protection against drops with high quality glass, strong build and the durability of the flat screen. The brand has not yet confirmed the features of the smartphone. The brand has revealed that the A3 will come in three colour options Mountain Green, Tranquility Black and Aurora Purple.

Oppo A3 was recently listed in China Telecom’s product library, where its specifications have been revealed. Oppo A3 will have a 6.7-inch display, which has an FHD + resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels. This smartphone will come with ColorOS 14 based on Android 14. Talking about the dimensions, the length of the phone will be 162.54 mm, width 75.44 mm, thickness 7.15 mm and weight 179 grams.

Talking about the camera setup, this Oppo smartphone can have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel second camera in the rear. At the same time, an 8-megapixel selfie camera can be found in the front. This smartphone can be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 or the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 6S Generation 3 processor. This smartphone can have a 5,000mAh battery.
