Apart from the normal discounts on these smartphones, additional discounts will also be available on select bank cards and EMI transactions. Apart from this, there will also be exchange offers and no-cost EMI options. In India Apple has stopped selling both these smartphones after the launch of iPhone 16. The price of the 128 GB storage variant of iPhone 15 Pro is Rs 1,09,900 and the iPhone 15 Pro Max is Rs 1,34,900. Both these smartphones can be purchased in Flipkart sale for Rs 89,999 and Rs 99,999 respectively.
Flipkart will also offer exchange discounts and cashback on purchases made with debit and credit cards of select banks and EMI transactions. This will make the price of these smartphones even lower than the sale price. Apple has discontinued the sale of some older products in the country after the launch of the iPhone 16 series. These include iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 9. These products are not listed on Apple’s website but may be available through third-party retailers or refurbished stores. Last year, the iPhone 15 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 9 were introduced along with the iPhone 15 Pro.
Demand for Apple’s iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus has increased on a year-on-year basis compared to the same models of the previous series. The company received about 10 percent more demand for iPhone 16 in the first weekend of pre-orders and about 48 percent more for iPhone 16 Plus. Sales of the iPhone 16 series are estimated to be around 37 lakh units in the first weekend of pre-orders. This is a decrease of about 12.7 percent compared to the iPhone 15 series introduced last year. The absence of Apple Intelligence features at the launch of the new iPhone series may be one of the reasons for the low number of pre-orders.
