Citing industry sources, a Report In Claim It is being said that the Nothing Phone 3 could be packed with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. The phone could be priced between Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000. The report claims that the UK-based OEM is not planning to enter the premium handset segment right now and wants to consolidate itself in the Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 range. According to the report, this is probably the reason why Nothing is not expected to use a more high-end chipset.
The Nothing Phone 3 is expected to have many upgrades over the Nothing Phone 2 that came last year. The Phone 2 has features like Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, 4,700mAh battery with 45W wired charging support, 6.7-inch full-HD+ LTPO OLED display. This phone has a 50-megapixel dual rear camera unit and a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
At the time of launch, the price of Nothing Phone 2 in India was Rs 44,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. Its 12GB + 256GB model and 12GB + 512GB variant were listed at Rs 49,999 and Rs 54,999. The phone can be purchased in dark gray and white color options.
