Sony Xperia 5 VI Cases Listed on German Retailer Site Know Design to Other Details

Sony launched the Sony Xperia 5 V in September last year with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and 5,000mAh battery. Sony is now preparing to introduce the Sony Xperia 5 VI. However, the company has not yet confirmed its arrival. But the alleged case of the Sony Xperia 5 VI has been spotted on a German retailer website, suggesting an imminent launch. The protective case suggests a similar design language as the Sony Xperia 5 V.

German retailer Alza.de has launched the Spigen Rugged Armor case for the Sony Xperia 5 VI Listed The listing shows the case of the device with slight differences compared to last year’s Sony Xperia 5 V. It seems to have a pill-shaped camera module. The LED flash is placed between the two cameras.

The alleged Sony Xperia 5 VI render shows a headphone jack at the top. There also appears to be a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a volume rocker on the right side. The display size and aspect ratio seem to be similar to the previous model. Sony hasn’t revealed any details about the Xperia 5 VI yet, but it is expected to debut soon.

Sony Xperia 5 V has a 6.1-inch Full HD + OLED display, which has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. This smartphone has an octa core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and Adreno 740 GPU. It has 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 inbuilt storage. This smartphone works on Android 13. This smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery which supports 30W wired fast charging.

Talking about the camera setup, Sony Xperia 5 V has a 52 megapixel primary camera and a 12 megapixel ultra wide angle camera at the rear. At the same time, a 12 megapixel selfie camera is given in its front. This smartphone has been given IP68 rating which provides protection from dust and water. Sony Xperia 5 V was launched in September last year. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of the smartphone is priced at EUR 999 (about Rs 89,700).
